MEDIATION

A considered approach to resolution.

By the time a dispute reaches mediation, the legal issues are rarely the only obstacles to resolution. We work to understand what is preventing progress and what it will take to move negotiations forward.

BEFORE LITIGATION, AND WITHIN IT

The right time to mediate isn't always determined by the litigation timetable.

Most matters come to us through counsel after proceedings have commenced. We are also retained earlier by general counsel, boards and institutions seeking to resolve disputes before positions become entrenched or litigation becomes necessary.
